Reservations Policy:

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of spa treatments. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. 

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy:

All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or reschedule with a major credit card.  We do our best to fill these openings- just like you, we'd prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. Both, late cancellations and "no-show" will be charged 25% of the treatments scheduled.  

Specials:

Appointments are subject to availability at the time of reservation. All spa policies apply. Offer cannot be combined with any other specials or promotions.

Prices Policy:

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Monetary Policy:

M.A.S. Skin Care accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, QuickPay, Zelle, M.A.S. Skin Care gift vouchers, and cash.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy:

We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist or therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
